WALLEAP supplies desiccant products for businesses that need moisture control in packaging, storage and transportation.
Alongside our desiccant business, we also help customers source other products from China.
The two sides of our business are connected by the same type of work: understanding what a customer needs, finding a suitable supply option, and coordinating the details through to delivery.
02 / WHAT WE DO
Our main product range covers silica gel, mineral/clay, montmorillonite and calcium chloride desiccants, available in different sizes, packaging materials and formats.
We work with customers who need standard products as well as products specified around a particular application or packaging requirement.
Some customers need more than desiccants.
They may have a product they are already buying, a new product they want to develop, or simply a sample or photo without a supplier.
In these cases, we can help look for suitable suppliers, compare options, arrange samples and coordinate the order.
03 / HOW WE WORK
We prefer to understand the actual requirement before suggesting a product or supplier.
That may mean checking a specification, looking at a sample, comparing an existing quotation, or simply asking a few questions about how the product will be used.
From there, we work through the available supply options and keep the important details clear between the customer and supplier.
04 / WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
We keep specifications, packaging, quantities and other purchasing details clear before an order is confirmed.
We communicate with suppliers directly and follow up on questions, samples and changes.
We focus on finding products and suppliers that fit the actual requirement, rather than offering unnecessary alternatives.
Our work does not stop when a quotation is sent. We continue to coordinate with the supplier through the order process.

Our focus is narrower: build a solid desiccant business and help customers with additional sourcing needs when we can add value.
